Yahoo Mail IMAP Setup
Connect Yahoo Mail to Mailszen via IMAP. Yahoo requires App Passwords for all third-party email clients.

Step-by-step setup

Go to Yahoo Account Security
Sign in to Yahoo, then navigate to login.yahoo.com/account/security to access your security settings.

Generate an App Password
Scroll to "Generate and manage app passwords". Click "Generate app password", enter "Mailszen" as the app name, and click Generate.

Use the App Password in Mailszen
Enter your full Yahoo email address and the App Password. Do not use your regular Yahoo login password — it will be rejected.
Things to know
- *Yahoo disabled regular password login for third-party apps. An App Password is required.
- *Both free Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Mail Plus accounts support IMAP with App Passwords.
