Find your IMAP settings in cPanel
Log into your hosting cPanel. Go to Email Accounts → Connect Devices next to your email address. cPanel shows your exact IMAP host, port, and security settings.
- 2
Note your credentials
Your IMAP username is your full email address. Your password is the one you set when creating the email account in cPanel.
- 3
Connect in Mailszen
Enter the IMAP host shown in cPanel, your full email address as the username, and your cPanel email account password.
Things to know
- *The IMAP hostname depends on your host. Common formats: mail.yourdomain.com or your host server name like server123.host.com.
- *If you get an SSL certificate error, your host may use a shared SSL cert. Try the server hostname from cPanel instead of mail.yourdomain.com.
- *Works with: Namecheap hosting, SiteGround, Bluehost, GoDaddy hosting, DreamHost, HostGator, and most shared hosting email.
